QStars is an internal recognition program for BOQ. It is used to celebrate outstanding achievement – the people who go to infinity and beyond each and everyday. We engage our people by making them feel that what they contribute matters and inspire others to elevate their performance so our entire team is an ‘A Team’! - We created a brand new visual identity for the program and breathed fresh life into the initiative.
